Im using the standard Alley Viper Rifle for my Joes. I have 5 so far, hoping to have 2-3 more when I can. I use the MP5ish looking guns and the other guns with the curve front handle that came with Snake Eyes and Timber for a few Joes. I have a few modified Duke Rifles I still use, and solidly enjoy. Fints Shotgun has been shared to a few more.

Alleys use the Bullpups. Vipers and Troopers use their standard rifles they came with. Officers are, for now, using their AK's, but that feels kind of old school for a group supposedly on the cutting edge of Villainry.

I like the Duke Sidearm, and have a few more I've shared around to others.
