I never saw any Classifieds in the store except a lone Gung Ho, so I never got a Cobra Trooper. My question is, the Cobra Infantry figure will be the same as the Trooper except for a lighter shade of blue? And does it make sense to pre-order from an online store?

I was fortunate enough to find 6 Cobra Troopers and get a 7th from a collector friend. The "infantry" has less accessories and his flak jacket/vest/shin guards are blue instead of black. I preorder just about everything I want to try to guarantee I will get it. If I find it a retail before the preorder is fulfilled, I just cancel the preorder. Online can be used to supplement your in-person finds too, especially if you are trying to army build a bit

Yes, order it from an online store. The days of easily finding in-demand figures at retail are over (for almost all toy lines).

There was a totally unverified report from ToyNewsInternational that the Zartan wave would be very rare at retail anyway.
