You may want to also consider the following:-

NECA & Mcfarlane.
They Both do a Nice array of Weapons from their various lines ie Predator, Call of Duty, Terminator etc

McFarlane Military line.
Not only weapons, however prise pouchs and holsters from these static figures to give you more selection. POlus holsters the pistols Are removable. Also helmets Can with care be removed and dremelled to give your guys various Milspec headwear and googles.

CRAZYFIGURE/DAMTOYS/SOLDIER STORY etc
Do 1/12 Military lines so Plenty of weapons and accessories If not wanting the cloth Uniforms.

MEZCO However expect to get Butt screwed on prices by their fans on parts LOL who treat Mezco like the Second coming HAHA

Resaurus SPECIAL FORCES. A old line but still about in the 2nd hand market.

BBI.
Yep BBI released 2 6Inch Military figures. SAW Gunner and M4. Again Helmets and packs too can be used.

DUSTY TRAILS.
They did a small range of 6 inch figures including Modern Military.

Hasbro Marvel Legend.
If not bothered about accuracy or decent weapons, cheap and easy to get.

Little Armoury.
Already mentioned.

Maruder Inc.
Again Already mentioned and Excellent weapons.

FIGMA.
If your looking for unique. Consider some of the figures they do with Weapons Only available from particular figures. The FN2000 is quite nice and perfect for Any Sam Fisher customs ;)

Plenty of 3d Printing Individuals out there now as well as SHAPEWAYS.

My understanding from some reviews and from eBay listings themselves is that FIGMA weapons are too small for Classified/Legends figures. If you look at the measurements on some of the listings for the FIGMA guns, you can see they will look a bit tiny on a 6"+ figure.

On the whole Possibly yes. The FN2000 being the ONLY one out there Does work.
As it isnt that big anyway plus in carbine mode shorter than full barrel length.
Perfect for Mr Fisher lol

For the G36. A chap on Shapeways sells G36 sets in pairs. He lists them as 10.5 scale
Pair Folded stocks and Pair extended stocks. Also One Standard rifle and one with UGL.

For Roadblock, I used a Caleco Rambo machine gun:




For Duke, he's using a Marvel Legend's Punisher rifle and pistol:



The M16 Scarlett is holding is from Marvel Legends Skurge

The holster is from a really old ML Deadpool and the pistol is from one of the Avengers movie figures...I think it's Agent Ross but not sure.




This custom is using the Deathlok gatling gun with a custom secondary handle put onto it.



Basically, I make use of whatever Marvel Legends weapons I can find. For RB, that machine gun can be found for quite cheap on Ebay if you don't mond not having the 2-grip handle.
