Ok, checked for corrosion but found none. Now it's not making even small movements. Anyone think I should try operating?

Same thing has happened to not one but both of my tanks. Works fine then don’t use it for a while then it doesn’t work or moves about a 1/2 inch then dies. Just as you said.

Well unfortunately, the problem wasn't corrosion so it's still not working right and also my mobat won't make small movements anymore like yours as well Tele-Viper 209. I'm stumped :(

I know you did this once, but try changing the batteries again with a fresh pack straight from the store.

Well, we could A) email Hasbro and see if this is something that they are already aware of B) take matters into our own hands and operate, or C) take it to a small electronics repair shop. I'm inclined to do all three in that order. I'll post what I find out.

Exact same thing happened to mine. No corrosion and tried about 4 pairs of new batteries, but still does the same thing: moves less than an inch, then stops.

This is crazy! I never had the original MOBAT, but I've never heard of this being a problem with them. This must be a product wide problem, if we can get together on this, maby Hasbro will do something.

Mine doesn't work, either.
I've argued with it time and time again but no matter what I say, it won't get a job. I told it money doesn't grow on trees but all it wants to do is sleep 'til 4PM and play video games all night. Worthless. |
