Got mine a few days ago. I've been messing around with them a lot, getting a sense of how they move, how they feel.
Some of the stiffness of the joints, particularly the knees, was really making easy movement difficult, but as I worked the joints more and softened them up, the figures became more pleasant to move and pose. My Snake Eyes in particular, has a nice buttery movement at hips and torso, which makes for easy handling and manipulation, even with just using one hand. As someone mentioned before, it really does almost mimic the O-ring movement style, in that area. I am working these figures. I just want to test them, and see if they can become a joy to handle. Stiffness right out of the box makes them a bit fussy and fiddly, but as they loosen a bit, they seem to become much more buttery and malleable.

One tip that's worked for me with frozen joints on figures ~ heat up a pan of water to about boiling. Turn the heat off and dip the frozen joint in the water for a couple seconds. Usually starts to move freely after that. For the opposite problem, loose joints, I've heard from several folks that applying a clear finish can help.

Again, I think those joints just have to be worked a bit, to butter them up, slather on that butter mmm hmm. Quote:

Oh, only one loose-ish joint, Snake Eyes left shoulder, but it still holds its pose etc, its not really a problem.

I would also like Hasbro to explain why pre orders on the retro line sold out. Why not let as many people as possible pre order?
