Thought about passing on him but glad I got him.
Head gear being plastic isn't too bad. Doesn't restrict head movement. But the tassle is just a pain the ass because it keeps falling off.
Oh yeah the nunchuks are a joke. Should probably just cut 'em up and attach wires.

Finally got out all my standard Cpbra Troops out all at once and was surprised at what a sizeable fighting force they?ve turned out to be. The only figure I?ve bought multiples of is #24 Cobra Infantry, of which I have three. I was thinking of adding a fourth to combine with my lone #12 Cobra Trooper and my Cobra Officer to make a TRU style six pack, but I never got around to getting that fourth one so now the black geared Valkyrie takes that spot.

The blueshirts are most often used as support for the three man Viper TAC team. The group is rounded out by a mission appropriate BAT and a Valkyrie Air Trooper to be their eyes in the sky. Theoretically the whole team is led by a Crimson Guard, but he serves mostly as a meddling middle manager who just pops in for surprise inspections between his loftier missions of infiltration into the power structures Cobra?s trying to subvert. Usually, the team takes its lead from whatever environmental specialist they?re assigned to for that mission (Alley Viper, Snow Serpent, etc.). (In my headcanon, these latest Cobra and Viper uniforms are designed with a special thermal material and climate control elements in the armor that allows them to withstand a variety of environments. Saves money and space if I don't feel I have to troop build the specialists, too.) In the absence of one of these specialists, the team is often bogged down between the conflicting arrogance and superiority of the Viper Officer and the desperate ambitions of the Cobra Officer.

Thanks. Head is the new Dr Doom head from the two pack with Captain Marvel.

The body is Egghead. I was really surprised how big the figure was. He really is quite big. I had to replace the dumbell neck joint with a longer one as the original one made him have no neck.

I actually mixed and matched some parts to get a few different Cobras. Did it mainly cause I don't need the Cobra Island Firefly anymore.
