They are completely different molds. Everything is different: mask, boots, torso, web gear, gloves, arrangement of gear on his body. I'm not even sure the helmet is the same mold, but it at least is closer.

The engineering is also a bit different. You can spot this with the way the head and neck attach to the body.

TIP: when posting picture from your phone, simply edit the picture in any way - crop a little on the top, etc., then save. This will tell the computer which side is up.

I liked the all black on the Retro Classified Baroness as well as her skin tone compared to the Cobra Island one. However, I wanted to keep the red sigils on her gloves and belt so I just swapped. I also swapped the knife holster onto the retro one.




Compared to the CI one after the swaps.

If I find one actually in stores I may do the same...no clue what I will do with the unused baroness...probably trade it away for something

That is simply not true. I have multiple copies of all three of them and as soon as I got them out of the package it was obvious. They share so much. They kept going on about their childhood and their hopes and dreams of world domination and sitting down with CC to have a cold one. They wouldn't stop. It was like they had been cooped up in a box and couldn't wait to share.

IDK, mine are pretty tight-lipped, as well. Maybe you just have one of those personas...the kind which radicalized followers of maniacal despots just want to open up to.

Finally got my Cobra Officers. Bought online from different places and they, along with 2 CI Cobra Troopers all came in on the same day..haha.




And a higher ranking Cobra Trooper custom I made before. Guess he is a squad leader.


Thanks to the find, I now have 3 CI Cobra Troopers and 1 from China that has the non CI Cobra Trooper head and boots. I also have I think 3 or 4 of the non CI Cobra Troopers too.

If anyone was wondering, I got the Cobra Troopers from toysnowman.com for what is now regular retail price of Classified figures in Canada.

Also, this new batch of CI Cobra Troopers showing up in Canada has the blue briefs as opposed to the original TRU ones that had the black ones.
