Yup I do - how to convince my wife not to freak out when she gets back. I still have a month's time though, and I will be visiting her and the kids there mid-August, so I have time and a few opportunities to suck up.

Yeah I have no clue what any of that is ... assuming it is not Joe products?
BTW ... putting decals on this Steel Crusher ... this brings back the memories. Just hope this doesn't get too adicting. Hmm ... maybe I should get a job at Hasbro... at least then this would seem normal! : / Last edited by 78Coolbreeze; 07-30-2009 at 02:27 AM.. |

It isn't. It's a World Peacekeepers helicopter. The Harbin Z9 is a licensed version of the Eurocopter SA365 Dauphin, and is being used in the Chinese Army. World Peacekeepers released the toy version, and it's called the ARH (Aerial Rocket Helicopter). I got Chinese Army version of the toy (since that is the only one that's available here).

Hi...I'm Ryann...I am 34 years old, and I have an addiction. I used to use my kids as an excuse, but was discovered. It is waaaaayyy to hard to have an addiction with no cure. I really was an alchoholic and have been sober for 2 years and would probably have a harder time parting with my collection than I did losing the booze! Look at the bright side, its cheaper and more productive!

I don't have any kids or a wife so I guess thats a good thing and a bad one. Good because I don't have to worry about them wondering why I collect toys and bad because I can't blame buying them on the kids.
By the way I just picked up Flash and Hawk. I was really waning to get the Dragonhawk Chopper but held off to try and find more figures. So far I still have not seen Helix, PIT Commando, Doctor, Crimson Viper or Cobra Eel. Not sure which stores you all have where you live but apparently they are still rare here. Although it seems like they should have these as they have Hawk figures available. Why have one figure from a wave and not the rest ... seems odd. Also Toys R Us sucks badly. They have very few vehicles and the only figures they seem to stock are Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes. I have been to two cities so far and they both have the same crap. Guess Walmart and Target are the only choices left. I still havn't been able to find the motor cycles with Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow ... not sure if they are released yet or not. |

Hello all, my first post and I admit that I too am an addict. I am 27, and throughout my childhood I've always loved getting those awesome Cobra grunts, the nameless guys who did all the work while the Joes went around beating them around. Still, I appreciated their hardwork and selfless dedication to their tasks.
I recently broke down and got the Rise of Cobra figures. In a week, I have gotten: Destro, Accelerator Suit Ripcord, Storm Shadow, RoC Firefly, RoC Eel, Ice Viper, Flash, Shipwreck, Deep Six, Hawk, Sgt. Stone, 2x Pit Commandos, Helix, Crimson Neo Viper, and a Paris Pursuit Snake Eyes w/grey Timber. I didn't think I would like the toys, but when I saw them in person They looked much better than I had expected. I am to understand that I got a number of harder to find and more sought after figures, and the grey Timber Snake Eyes is a rare variant? Anyways, I thought to share my story of addiction, and I'm looking forward to the new figures and sets that I've been seeing on this site, especially that Cobra Rage and RHINO! |

Wait until you rebuy your favorite "old" Joe toys.
