Agree completely, definitely one of the better choppers they've released. I need to see pics of the grizzly with modern figs on and around it. I want to get some tanks and I'm torn which one to look at getting. The mauler is cool, but a bit pricey for multiples. The 2003 mobat is cool due to the camo, but still rather small, but would still look nice as a mechanized column.
Here is a link to a review with pics of the tank with modern era figs: https://figurefanzero.com/2011/03/25...ank-by-hasbro/ |

I wish I'd been buying at that point, I didn't start again until RoC, so I missed all the goodies from the early 2000's and also the early 25th reissues. I'd love to have the hummv's and some DTC hiss tanks. Those are nice, same with the arctic hiss, love them both, but damn they're pricey to get multiples.

I don't envy you there. The night ops is the one I'd want the most. I'm not a completist by any means, but I'm trying to get all the vehicles I need to make this large scale display that I've got pictured in my head. Some vehicles can be interchanged for others as long as there is the quantity that's needed, that's why I am looking at different options for which tank to use for my Joe's. Cobra on the other hand will have different versions of hiss tanks instead of the 1 type.

I wasn't looking in the toy isles when this was out, however I had seen multiples of it at this discount liquidation store I went to occasionally. In hindsight, I wish I'd picked up everyone I saw, because they were like $12, but I didn't get back into Joe's until RoC, so I missed out on a lot. Feel free to post pics of your grizzly loaded with the modern figures.

Unfortunately I put it in my storage unit in a tote with a bunch of other vehicles. I just don't have space. Next time I get it out though I will. Yeah it's always that way. Back then I bought some figures but didn't actively purchase larger vehicles like that. There is a good video review of it on YouTube showing it with modern figures.
I'll have to look it up, thanks. |

Behold, a clash of armor as the 2003 Spy Troops G.I. Joe Patriot Grizzly tank rolls over the K-B Toys 2003 exclusive Cobra C.A.T. II driven by the infamous Crimson Guard Immortals. That’s stolen tech Cobra, and over 20 yrs. outdated!

I have one sitting just 8 ft. away from my desk at the moment. It’s no problem for me to share a few quick pics…
