GI Joe shelves\Display for your collection

Alright guys I just moved into my new home a few weeks ago and need some ideas for displaying my Joes. Not sure if I should just buy the plastic, metal or wooded shelves. I'm also considering building my own.

I would love if you guys can post some pics of your Joe\action figures displays here. I'm a army builder so small shelves won't cut it. I need ideas for an army.

My collections averages out as 1 per unique figure, 15-25 of each troop, and about 3-5 of each vehicle. Ultimately I would love to build dioramas for each theme...such as snow, desert...etc. Its also got to be wide enough for aircrafts and bases.

Here is mine. It's called Bertby and it's sold at Ikea.

^Nice set up.

I've got the Detolf from Ikea. Good thing about them is that they are pretty cheap so you can get two or three if needed on a tight budget.

The best shelf is the Flagg.

Depends on what you are going for. If you are have a small enough collection, or lots of $$$ to spend, get the glass covered book cases like the Detolf.

If you are trying to maximize the space available, go for the wall mount shelving.

I used the Bertbys too but turned em on the sides and then used some wood to build risers for them to stand on, here's my cobra one

Those Ikea cabnets are great... I got on there web site and I dont have a store around me anywhere and them dont sell them online.. thanks for getting me excited...LOL

Yeah I had to rent a pick-up to go get them and low and behold the boxes they came in were small enough to fit in my Toyota (until these I have never set foot in IKEA for anything so I did not know what to expect, I figured they were some up scale ritzy expensive place from the EU) LOL sucked but hey was fun renting the big duley I got for weekend rate of $29.99 a day

The glass cases appear to be the best. Thanks for sharing. The closes Ikea is about 3 hours from me.
