The largest piece would be the limiting factor, so probably the "base" piece. I would consider combine both together into one model, if the original part was all one piece; I assume that would be sturdier than two smaller pieces. Anyways, if you've got it handled, that's good. I'm down to try printing some out for other folks if you're willing to share the model(s). I'm guessing you're using .stl format?
Thanks! Niiice!

My 3-D casted pieces were not perfect, but they worked well enough! I’ve since added to my collection and now have the COMPLETE RUN of 19 vehicles! I have 16 of 20 figures, so I am only missing:
1. Patriot Grizzly cannon missile 2. Heavy Duty 3. Hi-Tech 4. Flint 5. Duke v2 This took a while—had to mod the aquarium (cut out the center/vertical molded plastic piece)—but it is finished and I love it!!!

Just so you know, if you are trying to be a completist, there are two versions of Hollowpoint. One version had the vest olive green (same color as the pants), the other had the vest black like the sleeves. I can’t remember which one was rarer, but I did manage to find both at retail more than once.

Well, I’d buy it if offered, but I’d still consider it complete minus the subtle variant.

Props to MJjoe4life who had loose and boxed sets, and was willing to part with the loose!
