So, so, SO SAD... :/
I was 10 for 10 on building sets with 100% pieces included. My last set, the Attack HQ, was missing all 3 HUGE blue platforms. I asked Derryl Depriest, and he said all extra parts were tossed around 2005. I’m just flat screwed...can’t build any of the three sections further. Will try to find Lego parts to make due. :(

I had the same issue, I ended up buying multiple 10x20 stud Lego special plates (there are blue ones) to replace the missing bases. I cannot test this for another week or so, but it should work if they are doubled up and reinforced. Make sure to get the ones with the tubes- 700eD or 700eD2. The fancy orange handles can be put on top or bottom I think. Again this is still theoretical until I can test it next week.
My brother in law thinks he might be able to 3-D print the pieces, using a basic program called tinkercad. Regardless, I’m curious how your plan goes. I’ll share my results, too.

Well, well, well...look what my son scored for me for Christmas on his school’s CAD program!!!
Took him 3 hours to design it, but Houston—I think we have a solution!!! Saving the file to take to my brother-in-law’s 3-D printer today! <3

Cool! Make sure to share the file if it works!
The reason for the 2x 10x20 is to cover the floor fully. Hasbro did some cute design, but it makes the blue floor part kinda specific and less useful otherwise. If you attach the orange bits on the outside of the post the overall space should be 20x20. So 2x 10x20 should match up quite well. A 3d printed tile with the correct tolerances would be an even better solution though!

Back on track with a different support system build (necessary to hold up the brick in the center mass area while printing, seeing as though it’s hollow). Was looking better as of 9:00 am; no update since from my brother in law (which I’m taking as a good thing).

Some imperfections with the cylinder-shaped pegs, but hoping it will function well-enough! Will find out FRI...
