...of your massive action figure collections?
Can anyone share what your wife/husband, in-laws, kids/grand kids, etc, expressed with a room full of action figures? Starting with me, my girlfriend thinks it's ok since I never got alot of it when I was a kid but in a joking manner, she says I'm too old for it. I'm glad she's not yet living with me under the same roof though. :p How about you guys/gals? |

wife gets pissed every time she see's it. I own the basement. It was okay before we got married and moved in together after that she came unclued when I moved it all in to our new house. Guess she thought it would go away after we were hitched still a point of friction between us but she knew it was a part of package going into this.

My wife is OK with it as long as I keep the toy room door closed. She did recently help me start getting prepped for the arrival of my Flagg, which was unexpected. As far as she's concerned if the collection stays in "the room" and in my studio, it's cool... if it strays into the living room or anywhere else I find little piles of figures in the toy room floor...
At least it's not little piles inside the trash can! |

My wife is good with it as long as I restrict the displays to my one corner of the living room. She does help me look for new items.

My Wife really support me and keep telling my 2 yr old son to "just look, not touch it" on my collection, and sometimes she told me when she sees Joe's that I'm looking for in some toy store or in evil-bay and online store, allowed me to use one room in our house just only for my collection storage display and now I've let my son put his Thomas and friends track on the floor there so its really a toys room. Now she's also collecting Cars disney pixar and got all of it too haha.. and she said we need to invest on something right.. really love her

My girlfriend makes fun of me for it- but as long as I keep the toys out of the way, she's generally ok with it. She comes with me on my scouting adventures, and does help me look for figures.

My girlfriend thinks its kool, we have been together for over 7 years (getting married in September) and lived together for 3 years. She has bought me many of my Joes and other figures. She likes to come into our spare room, where my figures cover the walls and guess which ones are new. My family thinks its a little strange and childish but they dont really mind it cause I tell them it could always be worse I could spend the money on drugs or something. My toy addiction is much safer!

my wife didnt like it at first because I was spending so much, but as time went on she come around and it does not bother her. She was mad for a while that I had my office, but got over it when I told her if I can have my office my way she can do what ever she wants with the rest of the house, She is happy and so am I.
