Speaking of Raptor, everyone is raving about him and he is expensive, but I can’t find any online reviews. Can anybody tell me if anyone has seen a toy review of Raptor?

For me it was the Gary Goggles convention exclusive O-ring SightLine figure. Second favorite was the RedLaserArmy Desert viper.

I'd have to go with Hardtop and Big Lob, both were great.

Can I include just figures I got, or are we talking about only figures released in 2017?
If we're talking strictly those figures released in 2017, I'd have to go with Cross Hair...I think he's a fantastic update of a great modern-era character. My personal favorite figure that I got this year, which was a time of great Joe-drought for me, as it were, is a tie between the mint/loose/complete Version-1 Mutt my brother got me for my birthday, and the 50th Anniversary Duke I found at Ross the other day. He is alot nicer in-hand than I was expecting...

There were actually quite a few good ones i think, so it's kind of hard to choose.
If he even counts as a G.I. Joe figure release, i'm gonna go with Action Man! Not much accessories, but a really great looking figure. Now, if i have to choose a "real" Joe, i'm going with Scoop. I didn't care for him at all back in the day, but his recent FSS version looks awesome. |

This is like asking....which crappy car isn’t the best one of the bunch? We need to have a thread topic about what makes a great figure....great. If you get the figure, open it and it has great paint applications, accessories are the right amount and actually go with the figure, there is weapons storage on the figure, articulation allows your figure to move an actually hold weapons, and they can stand with or without a figure stand....that is a great figure IMO. Some of the people responding haven’t even taken figure out of its package. Those who have, does it meet any of the criteria above? If not, what makes it great? Because it fills a spot in your list? I’m not bashing the club, because Hasbro has released sub-par figures recently too. Before we go ranking best figures, describe why it’s great. That might make your choice stand out as a clear front runner. Just throwing out a name with nothing to back it up is pandering.
