I only use feepay for international or convention stuff from previous years.....I get all my new stuff from BBTS, I don't even bother looking in the stores anymore because Seattle sucks for new stuff. If you think about it, I ordered the wave with storm shadow renegades in it for something like $80 and I get all the figures and if you break it down, I paid retail for all of them. Some might not be worth retail, ie. scarlett, ripcord...but I don't have to pay $50 for a storm shadow.
Most of my vintage (82-94) stuff came from my buddies toy store...so forget ebay and send me a list of stuff you need , thought I would throw a little pitch out there. As far as ebay though, I hate that you can't leave buyers negative feedback and I HATE FEES...there should be one fee...I don't what that fee should be...but dammit, 1 fee.

I fully expect it to happen to me too (sniping). I've had many "snipe wars" in the last 10 seconds. It's just the way it goes. If I lose the item...so be it. |

Lets take a moment and take a step back, any merchants or retail owners know that you have to cover your own expenses when your buying your product or shipping them or even the cost to just run your business, hell you have to even pay your employees who run your company. I personally have been dealing with ebay for years and I try to keep my shipping rates as honest as possible but it always urks me whenever I see someone over charging for shipping just to try and get some compensation for the selling fees. Oh and by the way they charge you for a final value fee that includes the shipping and sale price of the item so lets say an item goes for $100 and then the seller is charging $50 to ship them named item, they now have to pay $15 in seller fees that 10% of your final value!!! I try to cut my costs where I can but those selling fees is what will really eat away at your account. so just as a word of advice lower your shipping rate or correct them so that they are accurate. I do know that most of us sellers buy tape and packaging but let be real here folks a priority box is paid for already all you need to do is stuff some newspaper or find some bubble wrap which I'm sure more than enough collectors who buy online receive tons of bubble wrap with their shipments so just recycle that shit and save yourself a few more bucks. Just tryin to help people be more resourceful.

as much as I hate it, it is the truth if you don't want to spend a ass load trying to outbid someone then just wait until the last moments and more than likely you will get lucky.

I've won as many as I've lost because of sniping. But it seems to me that if they didn't tell you the exact time that the auction was ending, then it wouldn't be a problem. Like if they just told you the bidding on the item ends "March 20th", you wouldn't know if it ended in the morning or afternoon or night. You'd be more likely to just bid the most you'd want to pay and see what happens.

I ship anywhere I'm not prejudice to where I ship, as long as the address is correct I have no problems with it.
