Someone mind explaining what the "OG" means? Cause I thought "OG" meant Original Gangsta.
As for the quality, I think the 25th line is great. I like the fact there is some flexibility in the figures and weapons. Less broken thumbs and such. To mean each line of Joes has had it's quirks over the years. |

I haven't opened them yet, but they don't look as sturdy as the ones in the 80's. I have also read reviews about stiff joints and soft flimsy weapons...

I'm not sure why some people have issues with holding weapons and others don't. Almost all my Joes have had their weapons replaced with one or more Marauder guns. I'm not thrilled with the closed fists/briefcase hand on SW/CC/Destro, but really, I haven't had any problems getting anyone to hold a weapon. |

For those of you with flimsy legs, one trick I have luck with is the ol' superglue trick. Two ways... one is to spread the legs as far apart as possible, and put a drop or two of superglue in there and keep moving the joint until the glue dries. The extra hardened superglue will create a lot more friction, et voila.
Alternatively (and I like this better), unscrew the leg and take it off, and add a drop of glue to the ball, let it dry, and repeat once or twice. This adds extra material to the ball, so when the leg is replaced, the ball is bigger inside and has more friction. It sometimes doesn't work quite as well as the first way, but it's a bit cleaner and worth trying first.

And I've always referred to it as ARAH. I've been pretty fortunate with most of mine and their limbs. Only one I really have a problem with is Gung Ho, he doesn't really want to stand up. I'll take the flexibility/flimsyness of the 25th and their detail over the ARAH stuff any day. I like the old figures and I collect them too, but I totally dig the detail of this new line. |

Personally my only real problem (aside from the afore mentioned Gung-Ho, Destro Had issues) is the damn foot pegs. Wave 5 seems better but all of my older wave stuff if you pick them up by the head the stand falls off. If you bump them they fall off the stand. Oh and who's bright idea was it to use the Star Wars Foot Peg? Now none of the old stands and Vehicle foot pegs work with these.
