Shipwreck
UPC: 653569274650 Product Number: 63520 Assortment Number: 63403 File name: Delgado, Hector X. Primary Military Specialty: Gunners Mate Second Specialty: Machinist Birthplace: Chula Vista, CA Grade: CPO SHIPWRECK grew up in the shadow of the Navy, specifically the shadow of the sprawling San Diego Navy Yards. He enlisted at the youngest possible age with his parents' permission and proceeded to serve with distinction in the Mekong Delta where hand-to-hand fighting with river pirates, smugglers and insurgents was the order of the day. Put in time at several naval bases and was on hand at certain carrier-initiated operations in the Middle East. Graduated Naval Gunnery School Great Lakes. Qualified expert: M-16, M-14, Browning .50 cal., 20mm Oerliken AA gun, M1911A1. "SHIPWRECK is your quintessential sailor. He can splice a line, fry powdered eggs in the tooth of a gale and eat them, tell taller tales than a Senate Appropriations committee and take a three day liberty in Thule, Greenland and come back smiling."

Shipwreck is cool but why the hell is his hand closed when he comes with 3 guns? I'm still puzzled by this.

Some would say he comes with 5 guns! Welcome to the gun show as I kiss both biceps!

I'm going against the grain, but I'm a fan of Shipwreck. He might be a bit gangly, but he's Shipwreck and he's faithful to the original.

It takes a tough guy to ware a hat like that around a guy with the marine corps tattoo on his chest and a guy who carries around a .50 cal machine gun. Hell, Shipwreck has Snake Eyes so punked that he won't even say a word about it. |

Shipwreck is a worthy update to this line. I like the figure, though I think he could have been a bit stockier (his stature should've been more muscular).

I say this with well... I need not explain all that much.. My name speaks for itself.
As for wearing a dixie as we call it... Doesn't take as much but the fact of tradition. We get used to the dinky cover. At first I disliked it too. I don't think there's been a sailor who hasn't looked at that cover and laughed. Traditions go deeper then a little white hat. The closed fist isn't for just punching.. Polly is easier displayed when there is a closed fist.
