I really like the Zartan 25th fig, one of my faves thus far. His posture is great & I really like the headsculpt & details like the chains. I have 2, 1 that doesn't change color & 1 that is REALLY green, I actually prefer the green 1!!

Who DOESN'T like Zartan?? He's awesome. They couldn't have made him any better.

As far as I'm concerned, the 25th Anniversary Zartan is the best G.I. Joe figure ever. |

Well I wouldn't go that far in making claims. But he's certainly ranked pretty high.

I will have to go with the true meaning of dissention and be the guy who doesn't agree with this thread that Zartan is a great figure. For some reason this figure version just seems to prosaic, 'light-weight' and unworthy to lead a group of ruffians like the Dreadnoks.
Also, why the 'H' if this guy is supposed to be an expert bowman (having killed the Hard Master for goodness sake) does he not come with a compound bow of some sort!? I suppose he can just use one of Storm Shadow's, but IMHO he should come with his own, if it is in fact one of his trademark weapons. Oh well, maybe a future version? Honestly, I feel that the best version of Zartan is yet to be made in the 25th line, and I patiently wait for that day. |

I really like the new Zartan as well. Good look and great headsculpt. I just wish he didn't have a Cobra symbol on him. However if they release the classic version I won't hesitate to get that one either. I just hope he comes with a Bow or something of the sort. And perhaps a rerelease of his swap skier to go along with it

I would be interested to see how Hasbro handles his siblings as well. Will they tone them down to match their brother or make them more like the 'Noks? I would have preferred they had kept him a bit closer to the original.
And I honestly don't expect anyone to agree with me about the figure, nor would I care if everyone else absolutely hated it. The design and sculpt capture the character perfectly for me, and that's all that matters. |
