I put together a list of all the past JoeCon exclusives below (not including 12"). YoJoe.com of course has the figures and vehicles listed individually on their site, but I had to do more research to find all of the original prices and edition numbers. I also listed the prices that the Joe club store charged for the items during their 2014-2015 archive sale.

I still haven't found a few numbers and occasionally found contradictory info, so if anyone can fill in the blanks or has corrections, please post here.

I'd also like to add scans of each annual convention store order form to this post as well. I have a few downloaded somewhere but if anyone has any please post them here and I'll attach them to the first post.

I thought that all the bagged crimson sets were the fuchsia error sets, and they were 150 of them offered. I believe I got 150 from the old convention site or order form. I thought that there was an error with the first sets, making them fuchsia, and the club decided to bag those up and sell them separately, while going back to make correct figures for the boxed sets. Are you saying there were bagged sets of both fuchsia and regular colors?

What do you mean on the Dusty numbers? That the number was between 2500 and 3000 but you're not sure? Is there a source on the number?

Any source on those numbers? I had looked on the convention brochure for the Headhunters limit but didn't see the quantity in there, unless I missed it.

Even though I didn't list all my sources, every number I listed came from official documentation (e.g. order forms, convention web sites, signage at the con) and possibly some web site news postings posted at the time the cons were going on, so I'm not inclined to post updated numbers without knowing the source.

Bagged set in the correct color was available, as I ordered both the boxed & bagged sets. No fuchsia sets for me.

The prices actually went down in 2017 on the figure 2-pack and 3-pack. The 2-pack is back to the 2014 price and the 3-pack is between the 2014 and 2015 prices.
