Just got a 25th HiSS and I want to customize it, but I can't figure out how to disassemble it. Does anyone know how?

I will try and help. My guess would be a few tiny screws holding the two halves together? If not have you tried prying back a visible seam and shining a light down to notice any tabs, and or screw mounts?

I haven't noticed any screws. I've taken out the turret and I think I can see some tabs, but I can't seem to separate them.

If you can find a good scan of the old HISS tank instructions it'll show you how they were assembled. The old ones you put the main hull onto the tracks and unless you wanted to break it, that was a one time thing. I wouldn't be surprised if the 25th HISS is glued together.
YOJOE.COM | Cobra H.I.S.S. The blueprints picture they have there is kind of small but you can get a good idea of it. If it's not glued you might be able to carefully push the tabs back and left it from the rear and up to separate it. That's if it's like the old HISS tank. I don't know if they changed the tabs or anything on the 25th HISS. |

There is a version that is glued together however im not sure how. I have disassembled several vintage ones and given plenty of care it is possible. If i recall correctly it was easier to remove the top half first by popping the rear tab then using a small flat-blade screwdriver on the front 2 tabs under the nose. you can then get to the 2 tabs at the rear of the tank treads. These are the ones that will break if you arent too careful. Heating it up a little may help. I recall they are kinda brittle. I have tried the method in the pics and have broken at least one tab that way.
