I voted Serpentor as the worst. Neither one of his figures came close to capturing how intimidating he should look. Number two would be Cutter for me. Instead of a baseball cap he had a repainted Gung-Ho head and cover which looked horrible.

I suppose Falcon is worse than Duke v1, but I picked Duke, just because of how major a character he is, and yet he never got a good classic 1984 version in the whole 2007-2017 Modern Era period. The same can be said for Scarlett, actually.

Given is significance to the mythos and the fact they never offered another proper ARAH deco of him, I have to go with Duke pretty emphatically.

I'm also surprised to see Quick Kick on this list. I think he's one of the better 25th figures, and even holds up decently with the 30th and 50th era stuff.

Scarlett at least had the Resolute and Retro versions, which homaged her ARAH deco. Duke never even got close to a proper ARAH iteration.
