Im thinking I might repaint him in more Military style colors and use the Ninja trooper alternate head...well see...but Im pissed, especially since I paid like 17$ a figure...

I want to be surprised But I have had a few different Joes have these problems arms, feet, hands, etc.
But better than Hasbro's Marvel Universe line half of those fall apart in the packages

I've had my share of wrists break. The 25th IG Destro. The 25th Dataframe (Mainframe) Really sucks in this day and age to have something break right out of the package.

Luckily we got plenty more Destro figures and the wrist that broke on Mainframe was his goofy two finger Spirit hand, so I just replaced it with one from another figure (can't remember who)

I just checked and my SDCC Cobra Commander from the Starscream pack has a stuck head as well...

Have you called Hasbro customer service? Not where you bought it from, but the Hasbro themselves. They may ask you to send it back and they will replace it.

Man that sucks, but thank you for posting this. I got my 3.5 case in the mail yesterday and since I had actually checked out this thread earlier, I made sure to be exceptionally careful with my CC Head. Sure enough, his head would not budge, completely stiff. If i hadn't seen this thread beforehand, I probably would have just twisted it right off, just like you did.
However, thanks to this thread, I went and ran it under hot water for a few minutes, and it popped right off.
