Shit that sucks dude, sorry for your loss, but he should quit while he's a head now. J/K. All I know is if that happened to my ultimate cobra commander I would FLIP. This is coming from someone who has 1 ultimate commander, and there is no sign of any hitting retail. I think I would kill someone, for reals.

Damn! I thought somebody said that they changed their formula for the newer figs? I mean the 'new' plastic mix would prevent these types of things from happening again?
Could you rescue it, take the ball and re-attach it somehow? |

Are you familiar with a technique called "pinning"? I'm not sure what you're hobby skill is but he may be repairable if you have the tools.

I paid about 170$ for this wave (3.5) with shipping and custom fees....and my Data Viper doesn't have a helmet!!! Arrrrgggggggggg

Keep it in the package and then when you see one in retail, keep the good one and return the one missing the helmet.
No big deal, you're not cheating Hasbro in any way...their F-up.
