Today I found 3 comic repacks with the legions SS in place of the one that is supposed to be there. I have pictures but I'm having trouble with them. Will post later.

Now I'm paranoid to buy more comic packs for the Doc Points. What's the best way to tell if something has been resealed, even if it has the right figure in it?

Weak. I think ebay deserves some of the blame, although the root of the problem is just human greed. Hasbro should have done a better job of making the sticker/upc harder to obtain. It is sad to see so many completed Doc applications on ebay. I have no doubt that the great majority of them are the product of theft. It is really sad to see the lengths some people will go to earn a few dollars. I can't imagine selling stolen stickers on the internet, or basically shoplifting a figure by swapping it out and returning it to the store is more rewarding than having a job and buying things with money you earn.

Indeed! The extra effort folks go though to get extra figures. Just buy them. If you can't afford it than leave them for those that can.

Software needs to be designed so a photo of the item returned is shown and the clerk can match it up to what it is supposed to look like. But that is way easier said than done.

yep it sucks that folks do that but........The GI Joe vs Cobra two packs that were sold I guess when the relaunch happened when some of the classic o-rings and the new t crotch were still around I ended up picking up a pack at Wal-Mart where someone took the cobra viper out and in it's place put a v1 classic Firefly in it's place!!

I actually lost my original Firefly as a kid and so I picked it up, they resealed actually pretty well with glue and almost matched the original seal, but I couldn't get over that someone would do this.
