I had a similar situation back when the 25th line first hit. There were 3 Walmarts by me at the time (Santa Clarita Valley, CA) and for a good 8 months straight, it literally felt like anytime I would manage to find any 25th figures on the pegs, they were swapped. I was getting so frustrated and angry. The WMs were all within a 10-mile radius, so I am pretty sure it was the same loser doing it. I hate swappers more than scalpers to be honest (they're both scum).

Lol, I didn't realize Dirtbag was an insult when I picked the name in 2007. I just thought of the G2 Transformers Autotransforming toy. English is my second language.

Back on topic, yes, repackers are thrash, thieves, and losers. Think about it: grown adults stealing toys. Literally, how much of a lame gutter thrash person can you they be?
