There's so much to choose from when guessing, so I don't have a clue. There's figures I'd LIKE to be in FSS3, but I'll skip that. Going by the first 2 years' patterns, what I do expect from FSS3 is:

-at least 1 female figure. There were 3 in FSS1, none (unless Mystery 13 is one) in FSS2. They're due for another, although they were pretty generous in 2013 with 3 female figures in the Con set and extras.

-at least one "foreign" Joe. We got Quarrel and TNT in FSS1, Bombardier (and, in a way, TF Airtight and Shipwreck) in 2. There's so much to choose from, and with the Club throwing some of the Action Force/Red Shadows in their comic, it's a good chance we'll see some again. Some of the characters they did in o-ring style from the 2010 Con set would look great updating to ME.

-At least 5 or 6 ARAH era figures. Frostbite, Crystal Ball, Raptor (I can see him being reimagined using the POC Zartan with the ROC Hawk/Barrel Roll jetpack, a custom many of us have done), Fast Draw, an ARAH color-accurate Law and Order, maybe some of the 2013 NF Con set figures in their main color schemes.

-2 VvV/JvC/new sculpt/whatever era figures. We've had Sure Fire, Wide Scope, Barrel Roll, Blackout, Agent Jinx, and Skullbuster already, and there's more potential to choose from.

-1 or 2 repaint faction (Tiger Force, Night Force, etc.) figures. Will probably be a straight up repaint of an existing figure like NF Falcon or TF Airtight was. Gotta keep the cost down somehow.
