This is mentioned in the blurb for W2-08 Torpedo, but I have no idea how different this is from the wrist types we've already grown accustomed to for the 25th line. I also checked the pics of Torpedo which have been posted recently and couldn't see how this wrist is put to use there either.
Any ideas folks? |

Every figure so far has had some type of swivel wrist, I'd figure this would be more of the same.

Justin Well, except for Lady Jaye. Maybe the "Swivel wrist" will be a ball and socket joint? I don't know why they'd do that, but it's all I've got |

I guess I just don't understand the confusion. Every figure (yes, except for Lady Jaye) so far has had "swivel wrists". Why would Torpedo's wrists be any different?

If they are saying he features a "new design" I would venture to guess they mean a ball joint-like swivel and it would be different than all the other figures.
But that's just my guess. In the pics his wrists look like they have a joint there, but nothing different than say a trooper's wrist joint. I guess only time will tell.

I think his wrists might have a swivel-joint that is similar to the one that the SW Gold Leader or Hoth Luke had.

I wonder why just Torpedo though? Maybe all the new Joes going forward have it? |
