Zombie has resolved my earlier problems. I have placed 4 orders in the last year. The last one I have been waiting a month for like the previous orders. I have had a problem with every order. Missing parts, broken, and damaged pices have left me frustrated. I started this to see if anyone else has had the same experience. Getting a refund for a dollar part is not the same as getting the part I want for a custom or to complete a figure. I'm sure he is a nice guy I have never said otherwise and I am not trying to bash him. I just don't want to waste my time and money on something I may not get or be availible when I ordered it.

john/zombieguide here!
i post my phone # on my website, so anyone can contact me anytime. i think im the only joe dealer online that does that. 985-502-8936 also, mikes item was damaged upon arrival and ive replaced it with $50 store credit as agreed upon. i do strive to take care of everyone i deal with and will stand by my integrity 100%. to my knowledge, every person ive ever dealt with has come awat content, and if not, then they didnt approach me to have whatever the issue was resolved. anyway, yes, i am one of the joe gang. anyone needs anything, let me know. call me, email me use carrier pigeon, or whatever it takes my wife and i have two brick and mortar businesses, so i typically work on joearmory.com in the early morning, or the late evening. my wife is a photographer, which means in november/december we are BEYOND busy. that in addition to the long lines at the post office means that i take more there less often. anyway, any questions or comments, drop me a line! -john |

I only started this to figure out if anyone else has had a problem with your packaging & shipping. I never lied or misrepresented any of our transactions. I did say that you have resolved all of my issues which would not have been issues if you just shipped your items better. I wasn't even gonna bring up my last problem in a public forum because you resolved it. I wanted to plaster these pics all over the net but my girlfriend talked me out of it and made me deal with you first. But you brought it up. This issue is dead to me. I can't get my damaged item replaced or find it anywhere to buy. This is the last you will hear from me about it. The following pics were taken by me two days before Christmas.

Hey Mike,
I'm not angry at all, or trying to start any sort of conflict If the item arrived damaged, I must replace or refund the item. As a business owner, I MUST take care of my customers. I'm just letting anyone know that reads this that if there is/was/or is ever a problem with me that I will do what I can to fix it, that's all. You and I are cool as far as I know, and I do apologize again that that item was damaged in transit. I do get new items in all the time, and the next sheet I get, I'll be sure to give you first dibs on it, with a better tube this time! Also, I typically send all accessories and figures in bubble mailers and rarely have anything reported broken. Based on what you've said though, I think I'll invest in some rolls of bubble wrap to further protect items within the mailer. Last edited by zombieguide; 01-10-2008 at 12:03 PM.. |

please excuse my interruption; my wife has a hobby/ebay business and uses usps for all her shipping. you can order all the usps prioirity shipping boxes, all the various sizes you want for free. they deliver them to you as well. 99% of the time i use usps priority just for this reason. that and delivery confirmation is simple to add to this service online.
for delicate items you can pick up rolls of bubble wrap from most dollar stores. any person can order supplies from usps, you don't have to have a business. please disregard this if this is common knowledge. |

Oh yeah, I typically order cases 10 at a time so I have a nice selection. I also get my tape, DC and customs forms all dropped off at my place.
I also include DC with each order. In this particular case, Mikes poster was damaged by the structural failure of the box. It looks like some one beat the crap out of it like those guys in Office Space did the fax machine. In fact, you can even see a piece of wood sticking out of it! I sell movie posters as well, and have for about 15 years (25,000 in stock!). I've always used Priority poster boxes for shipping one sheet posters and have rarely had a problem, but there are always expections unfortunately. |

Nah, no need to apologize! We're all on the same side here. Yep, we were upset too, they ruined a nice piece. |
