I have accumulated about 3 Ace figures and I still have my original joe Rip Cord but I don't like either of their helmets. Do you have a favorite helmet design maybe from a customizer or plastics guy which looks better? My main gripe about Ace's helmet is the big yellow part, I love the breathing apparatus. While Ripcord's helmet doesn't fit right. Any recommendations are much appreciated. Thanks!

Renegades Ripcord helmet works for either.

I was thinking along the lines of something made by someone on the forums. I don't want to buy multiple Rip Cords just for the helmet. Any other ideas?

I've checked the 3 sites that I have used in the past. Tofujesse & Raginspoon don't carry that style of helmet. And Broken Arrow Toys site was temporarily down. Maybe someone here has cast it?

Ace v1 I used to have wear an accessory pack helmet after I crack the lower half of his original. I broke what was left away and used a solder gun to smooth out what was left.

That's what I used.
For 25th Ace I used VVV Ace's helmet. |

Green Lantern Pilot Hal Jordan helmet. Looks like new Sky Striker Ace's helmet only with better details.

For my 25th Rip Cord I just use his original helmet over 25th Torpedo's mask and then tuck the end of the hose behind his pouch. The original Red Star head is too big though if you do it that way, so I just use a small head like General Hawk's head instead.
