My God, he's right, and you have the shipping invoice to prove what they are and how you got them. Call them production packaging errors and make your money back ten-fold.

when Hasbro ships something, there is a total on the receipt so you know how much was charged. no price on your receipt leaves me to believe you weren't charged anything, and you were sent the free magnet and just got extras.
be that as it may, Hasbro always sends a confirmation email saying what was shipped. so, did your confirmation email say all three items were shipped or just the magnet? |

Perhaps you've already made mention of this, but laziness forbids me from looking back. Go to the website and see if all the items in the order have the same shipping number. That'll tell you if it all was suppose to show up in the same box. |

They manage to do things like this to me about 1/100 orders I place with them. They sent me some stupid ugly Star Wars alien comic pack at me when I ordered the Hoth Speeder Bike set. They sent me some stupid POS Michael Bay spiderbot when I ordered a Transformers G1 Robot Heroes set. Bottom line, ship the garbage back to them and demand a full refund. It is the least you can do, and I realize you don't have your Sky Hawk and Moccasin. But at least you will get your money back. |

Yep Hicks, they all have the same tracking number. So unfortunately, I think it's a safe bet that was supposed to be my Sky Hawk and Water Mocasin in that box. I'm just wondering who the genius at Hasbro is that could actually hold up that little Hulk thing and say "Yep, this looks like a GI Joe vehicle."
Oh, and Bravestarr, I forgot to mention that. Because I had taken posession of the shipment, the woman I talked to at Hasbro couldn;t give me a refund right then. She said she had to pass it on to someone else and give me an escalation number. Maybe you can use your Speed of the Puma to speed that along. Of course, if they just had the power of Common Sense of the Person With an IQ Above Room Temperature, I'd have my Sky Hawk right now. Viper - I though they would just give me a refund.
