Someone started a similar thread, so I am going to start a poll.
Who would win, The Galactic Empire or the Federation? Or, If the battle took place in the Mirror Universe, The Terran Empire or the Galactic Empire? Personally, I think the two sides would slaughter one another till one side won. Last edited by CobraOfficer999; 07-11-2012 at 02:29 PM.. |

I think it would depend on where. If I remember correctly, the Star Wars universe use Hyperspace routes, not FTL generated ships. So since the Federation is "unexplored" the Empire would not know their way around. Also, the Federation with its transporter and cloaking technology would have a huge advantage over the Empire. For some reason, even though Star Wars is 25000 years old, their technology seemed more on par with Battlestar Galactica and not as advanced as Star Trek. All that being said, Star Wars is way cooler.

And to answer the question, Earth Force would beat the tar out of both of them.

Star wars is at best a stagnant society, if not totally degressing, so the edge to me goes to star trek, 25k years and still not up to the same tech level as star trek = a loss no matter how you cut it.
For reference Transporters and matter replication to start with, Vader with his atoms spread across the quadrant isn't going to force choke anyone.... |

In the alternate universe, the Federation's evil equivalent is the Terran Empire. For more info on The Terran Empire: http://memory-beta.wikia.com/wiki/Terran_Empire Last edited by CobraOfficer999; 07-11-2012 at 10:11 PM.. |
