Hey guys,
So I've always been the type of collector whose pet peeve is finding a way for my figures to hold, carry or otherwise tote around all of their weapons and gear. Not sure why I do this, but I feel better knowing that they're equipped with everything that they came with (although this can be quite a challenge with figures like POC Beachhead and 30th Cobra Viper! Though I did eventually figure out ways for them to hold all of their stuff too). That having been said, I absolutely love the club's new 2012 Footloose figure, and while I'm very pleased that he came with a variety of awesome gear, I was faced with the challenge of somehow getting everybody's favorite spacey infantry soldier to hold or carry everything that he came with- so I came up with this little solution that might help out with this issue. The POC Jungle duke backpack that he comes with allows for great storage if properly utilized, and aside from the tooled flashlight slot, I've taken advantage of the soft rubbery recessions at the top of the inside and nylon straps to lock the remaining accessories into place. You can choose to either place the machine gun OR the bazooka strapped to the back of the backpack (I've placed the machine gun here in the photo) and the remaining weapon can be held by Footloose. The machete needs to be pressed in tightly, but even if it does come loose, it's firmly trapped in there by the pistol and the missle. Give this setup a try and you'll see what I mean! I have labeled everything in the diagram to be clear. Footloose is pretty happy with the final result as well. **Update: please use caution if choosing to strap the M4 machine gun to the back of the pack, as too much pressure from the straps or invorrect/unbalanced positioning could cause minor bending of the plastic.** Hope this helps someone else out. Enjoy! Yo Joe!

Now I need to go home and try this out on my Footloose. I wonder if the boss would accept that as a reason to leave early today?

Good idea. Mine holds everything by having him hold the machine gun and bazooka in his hands. The flashlight is in the backpack. The knife and pistol are each held by one strap.
