oh cmon. It's all part of the game and fun of it all isn't it? Every time a new line comes out, everyone has to give their opinion. There are always extremes on both sides. It shows that we are like minded in that we like the brand and that we all just want to complain about stuff together or talk about how awesome stuff is. It's a bunch of dudes talking trash. Would you like everyone to just chime in and say, "Gee that is swell." or "No thank you I will have to pass."
Why should anyone buy something with the idea in mind that you are going to throw part of it away?

How could you hate Hasbro? They are just a company like any other trying to make a profit. You are gonna have to face the fact that the Joe Collector can not keep the brand going. Many forget that the 25th Anniversary was only to be 15 figures, 15 figures and look where we are today. Yes, there have been many WTF situations in the pass five years.
G.I. Joe will never have the spotlight it once had in the mid 80s. It's just not going to happen, times have change. I do find it interesting that the 25th/ME line were doing just fine. New Waves released every 3-4 months, able to walk in a store and find product. We got new collectors and old ones that came back. The problem all started with Hollywood. Transformers was a hit (weather you like it or not). Transformers made major money and Hasbro & Hollywood wanted that to happen with G.I. Joe. ROC was not exactly what we expected. Retailers saw G.I.Joe with a movie attached and ordered product like there was no tomorrow. Fast forward to today. ROC did not sell to retailers expectations and now they won't touch the Joe brand with a 10' pole. Hasbro desperately needs today's kids to catch Joe fever but it is not going to happen. Sooner or later the doors on the G.I. Joe brand will close, and I'll be fine with it. I'm happy with what I currently have and can be happy for years, just as I've enjoyed ARAH for the past 30 years. There is no reason to hate Hasbro, it's the studios and retailers that you should hate because they are the ones that tell Hasbro what to make. It's not like the 80s where retailers needed Hasbro, now it's Hasbro needs retailers and their support.

Hah, sarcasm... Honestly though, I'd rather they not include a figure than produce one that's not going to entice sales. But that's just me, I mean, I'm not pissed off about the figure being there or anything, just reckon it'd be even cheaper on Hasbro not to put one in there at all.
