I was just looking at my collection and was wondering, how much have I spent on this collection? I mean, after all, i spend an average of $50.00 a wave and i have wave's 1-10. plus the dvd packs, rattler/conquest, 5 packs, comic packs, vehicles, sdcc cobra commander, doc, and when i tallied the total, i have spent $800 plus!!! Is it me, or do you think that money could have been better spent on the original RAH figures?

Yes, I have thought about this on occasion as well... I've learned, it's best just not to think about it.
Buying one set to keep MOC and another to open, plus army building Cobra's forces 4 soldiers deep adds up to some serious moolah. At least wave 2 vehicles only have one army building component (unless you plan on having a sqadron of Firebats) wave 1 was killer because of the trouble bubbles and the HISS tanks. |

Honestly, I rather not know or think about it.

I agree. I can't think about it. God, the amount I've spent on the Target exclusives alone. Sometimes it sucks living in Canada...

Makes me sick to think about. Thought about thinning out my collection, not sure yet. Then again, I don't spend money on toys like jet skis, ski doos, motorcycles, cars, boats, etc. GI Joes just seem easier to 'sneek' past my wife then riding home in a Harley. LOL

The trick is to budget for this stuff. And for the love of God, don't charge it to your credit card unless you're paying it off monthly!

I've tried that, and for the love of God I have the hardest time passing up generic cobra troopers. As for the credit card, toooooo late for that.
