Yeah I agree. People shouldnt take their jobs seriously. They shouldnt help customers out. And when they go home to their apartment and wonder why they cant get a head in life or get a better job maybe they should think about how they suck at retail so what makes them think someone would put them in charge of something more important. Why are there so many people who defend lousy employees. Who cares if you hate your job. Suck it up or find another job.

Before this thread devolves into what people's job titles entail, I just want to point out something I've noticed (At least at my local TRU)
They seem to only stock one day a week. I no longer bother calling them or constantly going there day after day. I just make it a point to be there Thursday morning before they open. (Other stors seem to stock on other days, so I don't recommend just going on Thursday.) Find out when your store does this (If they do) and just show up there on that day. As Uncle Scrooge used to say: "Work smarter, not harder" |

I was lucky enough to run into the store owner at TRU the other day who told me when they were doing the reset and when the trucks were coming in for the next 2 weeks. I wont be hitting that one as often now. And to the original poster. Just chill. The wave 1 exclusives are sitting around clogging the shelves and Im sure the new ones will as well soon enough.

I thought someone found the new TRU senior ranking officers sets until I got in the thread and read the 1st post.
When do those come out, I remember the last time they released the 5 packs and S.R.O. 3 packs close together and since the 5 packs are out I would think the 3 packs should be hitting soon. Anyone remember when the S.R.O. 3 packs are supposed to show up at TRU? Last edited by SNAKE EYES; 08-17-2008 at 03:20 PM.. |

second, it takes at most 2 minutes to complete a call there to check stock and I always ask if they are not too busy to go check. third, I haven't called more than 3 times in the last month so I'm hardly on their high list of annoying customers. I'm not being lazy, and I'm not wasting people's time. Customer service is just that, it's supposed to serve the customer. When I have gone in there, most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I've never met the woman I've dealt with on the phone, but I'm sure she's a pleasant enough person. I just think she's not the best person to have answering phones... I don't want to get into this "go or call" thing further since it's been done to death on this forum. I just posted this for a laugh.

It was in the unmaskings issue that he shared that tidbit with Destro. He was a used car salesman before his brother and Snake-eyes family were killed in a car crash... then he started to hate the goverment and the system and blah blah... and that's when Cobra started out as a pyramid scheme and blah blah... and eventually he found a whole town of people who hated the gov't blah blah... then Cobra really grew.
