I picked-up a MASS Device DVD pack in the US on the weekend and I only noticed that Lady Jaye came with two right forearms/hands after getting home (to Canada) and opening it.

Does Hasbro have a customer service number to call and will they replace this defect if I call them up?

While you've got them on the phone, tell them I've got a few Gung Hos with backwards arms. I'd be surprised if they pretended to care.

i think you are gonna be stuck in a crappy place ~ when i've had QC issues before, they have sent out a mailing label to have the item returned (the whole item ~ in your case it'd be the box and all the figures) and then mailed a new one back. being that you are in Canada, i bet they are going to refer you to Hasbro Canada.

OK. Sounds like I'll need to buy one when they show-up here, and then return the defective one. :(

Use your single Carde Lady Jaye for the fix she sucks anyway..........
