Okay I haven't concentrated on my Joes in a while so when the 25th was announced it caught my full attention. So far I got 12 figures: both boxsets and se and ss carded. Ive noticed something weird. After some extreme posing and play {but nothing to rough}, my CC, SE v2, SS v1, Scarlett, Duke, Gung-ho and especially cobra trooper have woobly ass legs! And i dont know how to fix it and what exactly i did to cause it!
btw my gung-ho's been jacked up from the start. want proof when i took him outta the package, his lower arm broke off! But i fixed it easily.

25th Gung Ho Loose Joints...anyone else? ( 1 2 3)
Gung.Heaux look for the above thread title in the forum archives, under 25th anniversary. we solved it with various methods...pain in the ass nonetheless...but there are options over frustration. |

http://i.toynewsi.com/g/index.php?mo...=800&start=120 Thought it might help. Don't lose hope, there's a set of retooled figures coming out soon that should have a lot of problems solved. -PJ |

i just flipped over the friction plugs (part 9), assembled the legs as normal. BAM fixed within 5 minutes of having GH out of the box.
as for your stripped screw... always ALWAYS make sure you are using the correct size screwdrivers. a good set of jeweler's screwdrivers works wonders for GI Joe small screws. i would hang on to your GH and use him for spare parts, or put him up for sale here for anybody else that could use the parts. then wait for wave 4 that will have single card GH. ;) i'm even willing to bet they will have fixed his legs in the single card version. i hope this helped! (btw, yes that chart is a GODSEND! saved that to my comp a while back!)

Aaahhh....just crazy glue the joints together!!! But be sure that he's in a position you'd like him to keep for all of eternity!!!
No? Then just make sure he's always leaning against somebody or something!!! ;)
