Hell yea man, me too! Plus, having it on its gear with its wings swept back makes it more realistic for storage, and I can recreate the climactic scene from Top Gun where Maverick boards his Tomcat for his fateful dogfight over the ocean.
With the F-22s ability to engage enemy targets beyond the curvature of the earth, there is no way for any countries fighters, let alone Cobra fighters to even get close enough to count in a fight.
The F-14's Phoenix missle has longer range than the F-22's AMRAAM.

Whoa...no it can't, where did you read that from? It can track far less than that. Maybe 30 targets+ can be tracked, but full air to air missle load is 16 missles, which uses the 8 outer hardpoints therefore renders stealth compromised, and then the less than 1,000 rounds of ammunition in its gun canister.

Wrong, in 06 I believe, during a mock dogfight, a F/A-18F Super Hornet pilot got a guns kill on an F-22, the HUD footage was posted all over the internet. Another test would be to face off against the SU-30MKI.

The Night Raven was stealth to begin with, so Cobra had something going for it all along. Not to mention stealth is only effective at a distance, an if no external stores are carried. At a close enough range, the aircraft is vulnerable to SAMS and radar targeting by the enemy. The Joes did not get their F-22(Thunderwing), til 04 and even then it had a huge pod mounted underneath, which renders stealth ineffective.

F-16C was the first, which iirc the Air Force was pretty proud of. The 18 kill was a Navy Superbug like you remembered but was in 2007. But yes, far from invincible. Nothing flown by humans against humans ever could be.

and where is my damn COBRA MOMBA - IF THEY MAKE IT.. WE WILL BUY IT.. support the line go out get your rattlers and your x-10s from Target and as soon as they are all gone they will take notice.

I HOWEVER want 1 vehicle internet exclusive or otherwise that is packaged just like the original star burst - cant see it photo of the figure ARAH homage. The new stuff is cool.. but I want 1 classic!

I say we push for them to jump up from the Rattler & Conquest to the WHALE and/or a Battle Platform. I'm sure a WHALE in today's market would cost about $50 and a new battle Platform would run about $50-75. If those sold well then maybe we could persuade Hasbro to jump up to the next level, the large bases. If Hasbro jumps from the smaller vehicles directly to the large bases, I doubt we'll ever see the medium sized stuff that I know many would just love to have.

I doubt the TTBP would run $75.

$30-35 depending on how much Hasbro has to retool the mold. The thing was $11.99 when it was released and the Conquest was $9.99. Even the re-released MCC was at $70, and that's a BIG toy.

But like I said a few pages back, releasing this as well as the Devil Fish and the Moray would be my dream vehicle line up.
