Question about Zap & Short Fuse

I know Short Fuse is going to be in a Battle Pack(?) If I remember right isn't this an exclusive ? Who and what is included ? Is Zap going to be released ? I vaguely remember seeing a picture of him, I just don't remember how he was going to be packed.
Any help would be appreciated thanks.

I'm wondering the samething. Still I would like a regular Zap, but if worst comes to worst I'll use the Omega Force Zap head and make a custom one. I still swear I'd seen a pic of Zap so I'm searching the net to find him....with my luck it was probably a custom.

I threw a visor on the comic pack Duke (the one that came with Red Star) and gave him a 1982 mortar and made him Short Fuse.....it works good enough for me and now I don't need the big Target exclusive.
