Returning figures shouldn't be so easy. I think people should have to prove that there's have a legitimate 'fault' with them before the shop hands the money back.

This is such BS man! I finally see it happen at a local WM near me. I walk in this morning to check on any new product and see these! WTF! It makes me so upset that most of us work hard for what we buy, and then this jack ass decides to defraud and take an easy way out I'm sorry gang, but this is just absurd. To top it off, I see the employee in charge of toys and bring it up to his attention, mentioning that I buy this stuff and know for sure that someone pulled a fast one on cusomer service. I even point out the crappy job they did to reseal the package to show him. All he said was that it would be tough to catch whoever did it, which of course I already knew. I just told him I wanted to let him know, in case he cared. What he said next was kinda disturbing. He told me to just leave them on the pegs, that maybe some kid would buy them. Hmm, knowingly defrauding a customer are we? Wow, just wow... I don't know gang, I know it's a lost cause, but I had to vent. Thanks.
thats a damn fine job if I do say so my self! this shit is an ART and obviously that person has taken alot of practice! LOL I love it. Of course I wouldn't be trading that vvV or is it GVC? WW and ACE for the 25th line stuff ugh that silver ace is much better! |

It so happens that yesterday that I went to K-Mart, I saw a single pack 25th Anniversary SE (the one with the double chest blades),but here's the clincher someone switched it out with a Valor-vs-Venom SE and the really sad part is that the bubble that holds the figure in place was missing and the package was taped with clear masking tape! I also took it to a worker and he said that Management couldn't careless as long as it sells. I couldn't believe it. The Balls on some people! Scuse my language.
Forgot to mention this, after I went to K-Mart; I stopped at Wal-Mart and found a DVD Battle pack(the one with RoadBlock, Lady Jaye, and Destro) well needless to say that I saw that something was missing. Someone had switched out Lady Jaye and in her place was a Cobra Officer. I tell you, alot of time on thier hands; these ruffians have. I will be going tomorrow to see if it's still there. So I was at Walmart in south Seattle today and noticed they had 2 hiss tanks: the boxes were the usual hisstank packaging, but inside was the blue target exclusive hiss and a battle corps soldier in place of the driver. I've seen other odd things like this at TRU nearby, for instance with corps figures placed in three pack exclusive boxes, which had clearly been tampered with. I assume that these toys someone is purchasing, replacing with cheaper items, and returning, but that seems like allot of work and risk for not a whole lot of return. Is this some thing anyone else has noticed?

Wow another switcharoo!!! Greaser look for the thread that says, "This is just sad, It angers me!" Not only are they doing vehicles, they are doing it to single figs and 2 packs and even the DVD packs.

da same people who go to target and buy da newest wave and return vipers and roadblocks in its place. even at 8.50 a pop, these things are still pretty cheap. if one cant afford dat, they dont need to "collect"toys. i just hope it was a child who did dat switcharoo, and not an adult.
