How about they ship the ONE BAT and ONE Snow Serpent I bought back in May for July 15th ship before they sell new ones...

well, i guess that shows that both hands are meant to be replaceable, and not just the left hand as some suggested.

HA...same thing happened to me. I had 5 serpents in my cart as wel but I said F'it and dumped the whole thing.
