A "suite" is in a hotel. Like a "Honeymoon Suite." As in a nice room.

We all make mistakes.

But this one WAS really bothering me, because I see it all over the place.

"Blue Suite" sounds like a room where you go to be sad, or something, or the name of an Emo Band.

I'm sure this is bothering others too.

You were given the opportunity to buy something online that was only supposed to be available at SDCC. Anyone that tried to order one on the Monday following SDCC should have noticed that HTS had problems handling the traffic. If you can't understand how it might have been possible for HTS to take more orders than they had stock for, you're just naive. Stop being ungrateful and appreciate that you were able to get some at all. Others were not so lucky.

I was able to get an order in on Tuesday for 2 black suits, one for me and one for a friend. If both do show up, I'll be f-ing ecstatic . If not then oh well, I tried.

Demanding that a MANAGER send you two of something that you know full well they don't have certainly fits within the age range for GI Joe toys, if nothing else.

naive? not even close. you expect that if they list it and sell it they have it. that's not naive, and claiming it to be is is simply ignorant of what naive is.

worse is the idea that you should be appreciative for being allowed to give your money to a company in exchange for a luxury good. you don't need that good for anything important in life, but Hasbro (or HTS) needs your money for something extremely important -- to stay in business! that's the end that should feel appreciation. how insecure are you to take such submissive position - "thank you sir, for allowing me to spend my hard earned money on your product?" that's ludicrous.

Maybe you should get your facts straight before accusing people of whining. The Cobra Commanders were "Hasbrotoyshop.com Exclusives Launched at San Diego Comic Con, not Comic Con Exclusives, there is a big difference.

That being said I still haven't gotten my order of 1 Blue and 5 blacks, hopefully they will come in the next day or so since they shipped them last week.

Now I'm freaking out, 'cause I got my order in at the very last possibly second, and the tracking number shows that USPS was notified to expect the shipment on Aug 7 (despite HTS showing a ship date of 7/30); y'all already getting yours and mine's not even tracking as shipped? I bet I'm royally buggered...

mine said the same as yours, my post office excepted my package today at the post office across the street from my house.

Fedex ships it to your local post office, and then they ship it to you.
