Hasbro douche - "We know that we accepted too many orders for the Blue version and are sending out the black one in it's place."

Me - "So your pulling a switch and hoping people don't notice?"

Hasbro douche - "No, not really."

Me - "Then why wasn't I informed ahead of time?"

Hasbro douche - says nothing


A little more back story. I called and complained and was told send it in for a replacement. This guy called back about 10 mins later and was all pissed off the second I got on the phone. That's why he's referred to as the "Hasbro douche".

man, what a bunch of junk. I got my blue one already, but i would have been pissed if that happend. I have 2 black ones on the way right now. i hope they dont get replaced by some disney crap or something

Because of the lackluster server(s) that HTS uses, I had to pay seperate shipping for my Black CCs (x2) and Blue CC (x1).

Team Hasbro, please make sure I get my Blue one. I do not want to go all nerd-anger apeschnit in here.

11:19 AM is when my order was placed on Monday. I don't recall what time on Thursday I got the shipping notice, and of course I no longer have the e-mail.

I think it's more likely that you will see people who picked the slow shipping method get hosed then you are to see it based on time ordered. Since fast shipping normally gets boxed up first (pure speculation on my part). I only live 2 hrs from Hasbro's distribution center, so I always pick the slow shipping.
