"Please Trade my Wave 9 - Revision 2 case for a regular Wave 9 case" Customer Service reps will make these changes and we will begin to process the regular Wave 9 case orders. If you have more than one case on order, please specify if you want all of the cases traded to the regular wave 9, or just a portion of them.

In general, we are doing our best to keep everyone happy with this difficult situation. We will be paying very close attention to the original date the orders were placed, and we will be processing regular & substituted waves so that no matter what wave you are receiving, we will process orders chronologically in the order in which they were received.

EE is worse than BBTS when it comes to timing. they have yet to get any of wave 9 or the vehicles yet. Though their price is good, I've had to cancel a few orders because I just would find the stuff at stores. BBTS is supposed to be superior to EE when it comes to their timing

So will the Night Force Cobra Officer technically be a brand new release since it's never been released carded before or is this a similar situation to the DTC HISS Tank supposedly being available in the upcoming vehicles series 03 case? If so, that's extremely frustrating being forced to buy an entire case to get a single action figure.

I thought some hisstankers already got wave 9 from EE. Well anyway, i was late for the bbts preorder so EE was my next option. The time in which they come out is not that important to me, it just gets expensive when they all come in at once. I kinda like to stagger my orders so my wife doesn't come after me...lol...

I don't know what BBTS does this but the "Night Force" officer is actually the Python Patrol Officer.

Nah, changed my mind. I decided to go with EE too (thanks to the endorsement by Viper 48) and save a few bucks, get the case I actually want and hopefully get it the same time that I would have gotten the revision case anyway. Anybody need a Matt Tracker figure...?
