Does anyone else think that the comics that come with the 2-packs show characters that are upcoming or are they just there to help move the story along?

We've seen Tripwire make the jump from page to figure. You think Dial-Tone, Tunnel Rat, Slice & Dice, the Ocktober Guard and others shown in the comic will ever be made?

I'm not nuts about them either. But Tunnel Rat, Dial Tone, and the Ockober Guard would be sweet! And it looks like Night Creepers show up in future issues.

In the Iron Grenadier/Destro comic, we see Toxo-Viper, Techno-Viper, Nullifier, among others. Then, in the Falcon/Nemesis comic, we see Cobra La Royal Guard. We've seen Tunnel Rat, Outback, etc.. Be nice to see these made.

I dunno, there may be something to this, but it's probably more coincidence. I remember the same thing being said about the back of the 5 packs and the playing cards. I still haven't seen "Logger Buzzer" with his red flanel shirt and I doubt we'll get half the vehicles we've seen. Especially if the night creeper artwork is for a comic. The Mamba just seems to be a future shelf warmer if I ever saw one

If they've done 1 Cobra-La guy, they should commit to the rest. I'm not a huge fan of Cobra-La, but they have to finish it now. And give us a Pythona!

I agree. I want a classic Ripcord more than anything, though. But something tells me, due to a certain casting, we won't see him. Hope I'm proven wrong.
