what would you guys do?

I had got the RAM Vs. Flight Pod a couple a weeks ago and opened it and noticed that the Tele-Viper was missing a pocket on his left thigh. So I emailed Hasbro and they sent me a postage paid label to send the entire box ram/flight pod and all back to them and they will send me the same thing back or something of equal value. But my question is should I send it back risking on getting something I don't want or keep it as a rear figure.

send it back if you want the fig right if it isnt a big deal then dont send it. i have done that in the past and got back a better one.

It's not a rare figure or variant, it's a slight production mistake. There is no greater value for the figure cos he has no pocket on one leg.
Some here have horror stories from sending their merch back to Hasbro. I certainly would not do it. Unless I spent upwards of a bill on one item and said item broke or had a bad flaw, I would either take it back to the store I purchased it from and swap it out, or send it to Hasbro. Otherwise, for one figure from a two vehicle set, I would just deal or return it to the store.

Ya I think its more of a hassle for me to box it all up just for the one figure so I think I'll keep it. Who knows I might use the figure to make a custom.

Hasbro has been known to send you crap. do a search. there are horror stories.

I would have thought a missing piece would be reason enough to take it back to the shop for an exchange.

But if you get really stuck, buy an extra Viper (they're easy to find now apparently) and use his leg pocket (just paint it purple, obviously!)

replace the items with "random" crappy figures and send it back to them and see if some employee puts it on ebay as "rare variant" that would be funny
