How rare is Black Head Destro?

So I hit a Target this morning and when I got to the joe section it was wiped. There were a couple of Torpedo's, BBQ's, and Wild Bill's with other old peg warmers. When I glanced over to the comic packs there was typical peg warmers, but left on 2 pegs were Falcon/Nemisis and Tripwire?CC. I grabbed them and decided to glance through the warmers and low and behold in the back was a IG/Black Head Destro pack. So I grab them and I go to pay and the cashier tells me that I'm the fourth person to buy Joes today. So in a Target store that appears to have restocked overnight and 1 of many cashiers says I am the fourth to buy, how is it that no one else saw this?

They are evenly packed with the "regular" head Destro.

The black headed Destro is a set variant by Hasbro and is shipped at the ratio of 1/4 of the regular gold headed Destro. The comic pack with the black headed Destro is fetching quite a nice profit on eBay right now.

It is a legitimate VARIANT and should be referred as such since Hasbro planned this and it is not a paint mishap, etc.

half the cases come with 2 gold Destros. The other half come with one of each. 25/75
