Mine says Partially Shipped as well. From what I understand, when it says that, your items have been sent to their warehouse and are awaiting packaging and final shipping.

At least I hope that's what it means.

I'm guessing August 4th (The date given by HTS cs) is the date they expect to have them all shipped by and they're just doing some at a time right now. On my account it says all 4 orders have been shipped, I have e-mail confirmation, and my bank account has been charged. I'm sure the rest won't be far behind.
