Exactly the same is happening with the CCs as it did with the PDDs last year. Silver PDD at some point dropped in price and gradually started to go back up.
Yes, there's more CCs made this year in comparison with PDDs, but the amount of people collecting GI Joes has multiplied several times since last year. Also, many people see the PDDs as something unreachable and therefore, have erased from their minds the possibility of owning one.
