I'm looking to do some outside vehicles for the 3 3/4" figures but not sure what scale to be looking for.... 1:24?

1:18th it is; however, depending upon the vehicle itself, I've had things as small as 1:16 and as large as 1:20 work (although those scales are a lot less prevalent). But beware - not all 1:18 works, either.

25th anniv figures is a bit big for 25th anniv vehicles. :(
